If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to refund or exchange any item if returned within 14 days from date of arrival. Please contact us via email first, for both refunds and exchanges. Refunds will be given minus postage costs. Exchanges only on sale items.

All items should be returned in a re – sellable condition and odour free, which is at our discretion, with any tags still attached.

Faulty Items

Any faulty items will only be refunded if you have been given a Little Angels Returns Number. Please email [email protected] photographs which clearly show the fault. When authorised, we will then email you your returns number which you should include on your parcel aswell as your senders details. Please keep hold of proof of postage until you have received your refund as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels without it. If items have been worn then they will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing problem and not general wear and tear, the item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for this investigation.

Payment Plans Terms and conditions
If you are ordering on a payment plan we require £10 deposit per item which is non refundable, you then have 30 days to pay off, as and when you choose. If full payment has not been made by the 30th day any payments made will be lost

We will not offer a refund or an exchange on payment plans or pre orders so please make sure you order the correct size

Preloved Items

All of our preloved items have either been worn but remain in excellent condition, or items may have lost their tags, please note preloved items are non refundable

Personalised We will not refund Personalised items under any circumstances
